液壓系統(tǒng)使用分流集流閥的同步回路分析

分流-集流閥,顧名思義就是一種將流量分流或者集流的液壓閥,其一般都是用在需要做同步運(yùn)動(dòng)的液壓系統(tǒng)中;本文大蘭液壓小編就跟大家聊聊分流集流閥的使用要點(diǎn)及注意事項(xiàng)。
1、分流集流閥的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合
分流集流閥主要應(yīng)用于液壓系統(tǒng)中2~4個(gè)執(zhí)行元件的速度同步,或控制。
(1)分流閥與單向分流閥的雙缸同步回路。在圖3 (a)所示的回路中,分流閥2將液壓源經(jīng)三位四通換向閥1左位來的液壓油等量分成兩路,分別送向兩個(gè)液壓缸3,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙缸單向同步運(yùn)動(dòng)。在圖3 (b)所示的回路中,液壓缸伸出時(shí),單向分流閥4將液壓源經(jīng)三位四通換向閥1左位來的液壓油等量分成兩路,分別送向兩個(gè)液壓缸3的無桿腔,雙缸同步運(yùn)動(dòng);液壓缸反向縮回時(shí),液壓源的壓力油經(jīng)閥1的右位進(jìn)入液壓缸有桿腔,無桿腔經(jīng)閥4的單向閥回油。
(2)集流閥與單向集流閥的雙缸同步回路。在圖4 (a)所示的回路中,換向閥1切換至右位時(shí),集流閥2將兩個(gè)液壓缸3的無桿腔油液等量合為一股,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙缸單向同步運(yùn)動(dòng)。在圖4 (b)所示的回路中,液壓缸縮回時(shí),單向集流閥4將兩液壓缸3無桿腔來油等量合為一股,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙缸同步下降運(yùn)動(dòng);液壓缸反向伸出時(shí),液壓源的壓力油經(jīng)換向閥1左位和閥4的兩個(gè)單向閥分別進(jìn)入兩液壓缸無桿腔,有桿腔經(jīng)閥1回油。

(3)分流集流閥的雙缸同步回路。圖5所示為分流集流閥的雙缸同步回路,通過輸入流量等分的分流集流閥3可實(shí)現(xiàn)液壓缸8和7的雙向同步運(yùn)動(dòng)。當(dāng)三位四通電磁換向閥1切換至左位時(shí),液壓源的壓力油經(jīng)閥1、單向節(jié)流閥2中的單向閥、分流集流閥3(此時(shí)做分流閥用)、液控單向閥4和5分別進(jìn)入液壓缸6和7的無桿腔,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙缸伸出同步運(yùn)動(dòng);當(dāng)三位四通電磁換向閥1切換至有位時(shí),液壓源的壓力油經(jīng)閥1進(jìn)人液壓缸的有桿腔,同時(shí)反向?qū)ㄒ嚎貑蜗蜷y4和5,雙缸無桿腔經(jīng)閥4和5、分流集流閥3(此時(shí)做集流閥用)、換向閥1回油,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙缸縮回同步運(yùn)動(dòng)。
(4)分流集流閥的三缸同步回路。圖6所示為分流集流閥的三缸同步回路,通過分流比為2:1和1:1的兩個(gè)分流集流閥2和3給3個(gè)液壓缸4、5、6分配相等的流量,實(shí)現(xiàn)三缸同步運(yùn)動(dòng)。用同樣的方法還可以構(gòu)成采用分流集流閥的四缸同步回路。

2.使用注意事項(xiàng)
(1)由于通過流量對(duì)分流集流閥的同步精度及壓力損失影響很大,因此,應(yīng)根據(jù)同步精度和壓力損失的要求,正確選用分流集流閥的流量規(guī)格。
(2)當(dāng)執(zhí)行元件在行程過程中需停止時(shí),為防止因兩出口負(fù)載壓力不相等而竄油,應(yīng)在同步回路中設(shè)置液控單向閥(見圖5)。
(3)分流集流閥在動(dòng)態(tài)時(shí)難以實(shí)現(xiàn)位置同步,因此在負(fù)載變化頻繁或換向頻繁的系統(tǒng)中,不適宜采用分流一集流閥。
(4)為了避免因泄漏量不同等原因引起同步誤差,在分流一集流閥與致信發(fā)光元件之間,盡量不接人其他控制元件。
(5)應(yīng)保證分流集流閥閥芯軸線為水平安裝,以免引起閥芯自垂影響同步精度。
(6)由于分流一集流閥的左右兩側(cè)零件通常為選配組裝方式,因此,為了保證同步精度,當(dāng)出現(xiàn)故障清洗維修后,各零件按原部位、方向安裝。
